SPATIAL VARIATION IN THE QUALITY OF THE URBAN ENVIRONMENT OF KYIV

Abstract:

Factors and indicators that determine the quality of the urban environment are highlighted and systematized. Spatial analysis of the urban environment quality of Kyiv for residential areas is made. A correlation analysis and clustering of arrays in quality of environment for living are made. The result of the survey of the capital residents on spatial preferences of residence is presented. A comparative analysis of the results of urban environment quality research, housing costs and surveys of Kyiv citizens is made.
