THE COMPONENT STRUCTURE OF THE TERRITORIAL IDENTITY OF POPULATION

Abstract:
The component structure of the territorial identity of the population is revealed in the article. The content and key elements of main territorial identity macro-components, i.e. cognitive, affective, and pragmatist are explored. The factors, conditions and mechanism of development of territorial identity components are disclosed. The nature of the interaction of distinguished components is investigated. The ways of further research regarding territorial identity component structure are proposed in the context of solving urgent problems of geography.
