Abstract:
The paper considers theoretical – methodological and applied bases of formation of the housing market. Approaches to the formation and classification of the housing market and its role and place in the economic sector of the region. The analysis of the factors shaping the supply and demand in the housing market . Among the demand factors identified and analyzed indicators of housing security, income levels, conditions of mortgage lending. Factors proposals submitted through the assessment of a housing construction, housing investment and the issuance of permits for housing. An analysis of the price situation in the housing market regions of Ukraine.
